Document of Jerusalem

Preamble
We, the Kingdom of Heaven, stand as a kingdom of conscience, morality, and righteousness. Together as brothers-in-arms we bind into an agreement to uphold this Document and to protect the Kingdom in peace and in War.

Chapter I : Membership

A. Any Nation may apply for membership within the Kingdom of Heaven. However the Kingdom of Heaven holds the right to reject any application without reason.

B. The membership of Kingdom of Heaven is a rank structure. Each rank may be obtained provided they meet the requirements for that level. The Rank's are as follows;

Pleb
Peasent
Knight

The requirements for each rank may change at the discretion of the King.

Chapter II : Hierarchy

A. The Kingdom of Heaven will be governed by a King and his cabinet of Lords.

B. The King:
The King has supreme authority and has final say in all alliance matters. The King is a lifetime position and can only be removed by resignation. Upon resignation The King will appoint his replacement. Upon appointment of a female the position of King will be automatically changed to Queen.

C. Cabinet of Lords:
The Lords are head of their specific department and have the power to adopt their own policies within that department and appoint a Baron to assist them in their duties. The Lord's also act as advisors to the King. There is three Lords and they are as follows;

Lord of War
Lord of the Treasury
Lord of Diplomacy

D. Baron:
The Baron is a deputy to the Lord. They will assist in day to day duties and will stand in when a Lord is absent.

Chapter III : War Policies

A. The Kingdom of Heaven holds a no first strike on Nuclear Weapons when in an aggressive war, with exception of Rogues.

B. The Kingdom of Heaven will use first strike Nuclear Weapons if in a defensive war.

C. The Kingdom of Heaven does not support the practices of Tech Raiding, P-ZI and E-ZI.

Chapter IV : Expulsion

A. If a member goes inactive on the forums for more than 10 days without reason they will automatically be expelled.

B. Any member may be expelled given reason by The King.

C. Any member may propose the Expulsion of a member. Upon proposal a vote will begin. For the expulsion to pass a majority of 60% for the expulsion must be reached.

Chapter V : Ammendments

The King may ammend this Document at any time as long as he has the full Support of the Lords.
